Property Guru announced as Finalist in the Wellington Region Gold Awards

Terralink International’s “Property Guru” has been announced as a finalist in the Discovering Gold category in this year’s Wellington Region Gold Awards.  The Discovering Gold category focuses on technological, scientific and innovative research and development projects.

Real estate agents are battling to retain relevance to property buyers and sellers as their industry goes through a process of disintermediation via new sales portals such as Trade Me. To prove their worth, real estate agents must be able to show significantly superior knowledge of the market to non-professionals, and have access to this information fast, wherever they are.
