We have a partnering approach when providing services to our major customers. These customers include leading New Zealand utility and telecommunications companies, major corporates, real estate organisations, local and central government. Our team has wide experience in integrating our detailed land and property information into our clients' organisations and systems.
We provide tailored data services and GIS solutions, and our consultants work closely with our customers to ensure we're delivering the best possible service. We can host our partners' data offsite, enabling large volumes of spatial data to be stored securely, and we can also manage user access, and maintain and update the data for our partners and clients.
Talk to us about the opportunities for your organisation to create added value through the use of our trusted land and property data, and through the provision of our services and solutions.
Terralink has formal relationships with the following companies - many through a Channel Partner relationship:
Eagle Technology Ltd- Terralink are an official ESRI Business Partner and are also ESRI's only New Zealand Data Partner supplying GIS data.
QAS Experian Ltd - QAS Experian are one of New Zealand's leading provider of 'front end' addressing applications for businesses. Terralink licences to QAS Experian, the use of our NZ MasterMapTM - Addresses data for use in their own products under our Channel Partner program.
Sensis Australia Pty Ltd - Terralink has a 10-year agreement with Sensis to provide road navigation data for all of New Zealand. The data provided by Terralink to Sensis is then converted into different formats for use within in-car navigation systems and devices. Today, Terralink's data is used in the majority of in-car systems and portable navigation devices currently available in New Zealand, such as Garmin and Uniden. As many global downstream parties use this data (e.g. Teleatlas, Garmin, Toyota, BMW), the supply agreements are often complex in terms of meeting licensing arrangements and royalty business models. The key to being able to successfully broker these agreements is having a relationship which is built on trust and respect, and being easy and pragmatic to deal with.
Veda Advantage Ltd - Veda is New Zealand's leading credit reporting agency, supplying businesses, banks, and finance companies with credit reports and verification. Veda recently switched the supply of their property and information data from their incumbent supplier to Terralink. The key reasons for Veda's decision was our ability to understand their requirements, our flexibility in approach to entering into a partnering arrangement, our ability to be able to provide call centre and development support services, and our ability to 'future proof' their business by assisting them to bring innovative new products to market.
