Here are some stories from our current staff
Chris has been in the geospatial industry for 29 years. He started as a Cartographer, hand drawing topographical maps and has over the years migrated into geospatial data base design, system architecture and geospatial solution design. He currently holds the position of Senior Geospatial Consultant. Chris is also the NZ Region Chair for the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI), a committee member of the Spatial Information and Cartography Commission (SSSI) and a member of the NZ Standards advisory group on International Geospatial Standards. He also holds the professional certification of GISP-AP awarded by the SSSI in recognition of his expertise in the geospatial profession.
Amy is the StreetCam Team Leader, she is responsible for overseeing and managing Terralink's StreetCam Project. Amy started with Terralink in 2007 in our data maintenance team, and has been involved with StreetCam from its establishment in 2008. Amy has also worked in the Government Sector with Statistics New Zealand and has a BSc degree majoring in Geography from the University of Canterbury.
Has moved from being the Web Administrator involved in maintaining the corporate website and intranet site to being a Project Manager. As a Project Manager Emily has worked on large client projects such as Telecom and Walkways.
Kristyanne is the Terralink products trainer, she provides real time online training to all customers who subscribe to Terralink products. Kristyanne started with Terralink in 2009 after shifting to Wellington from Palmerston North. She has a strong background in customer services and a passion for helping customers get the most out of the Terralink products.
Rich is our Senior Smallworld consultant who is originally from the UK but has worked in Melbourne and Canada. Terralink sponsored Rich to come to NZ in 2007 and has since become a New Zealand resident with a family.
