Core Record System (CRS)

Land Information New Zealand's official legal 'paper' view of the New Zealand cadastre is available as an additional layer, allowing view of the cadastre including survey parcels, title references, and easements. In addition the CRS allows the comparison of the legal definition 'paper' view to be made against the more accurate, wholly independent NZ MasterMap^TM 'real world' verified view of physical roads and addresses.

Note: refer to NZ MasterMap^TM Roads, and NZ MasterMap^TM Addresses layers if you have a requirement for fit for purpose data for addressing and road datasets, or to our Enhanced CRS for a much improved spatial match of the CRS.
