Core Record System (CRS)

The Core Record System (CRS) is the government’s system for recording cadastral information and was developed by Land Information New Zealand to replace the Digital Cadastral Database. It is designed to assist in the digital lodgement of title and survey information. Terralink International's CRS team overlays the CRS information with additional data sets to improve the structure and relevance of the information available to clients.

Terralink’s CRS data includes up to date information about addresses, survey parcels, road information, railway data, parcel legality, survey plan references and cadastral hydro information. Forestry and infrastructure companies, as well as local councils, use the CRS data to verify land interests for planning and development purposes.
