Terralink International's Landbase
Landbase is Terralink International’s comprehensive, multi-layered, database of physical land geographic features. Based on topographical data, Landbase depicts actual features on the ground in a seamless database with a compliment of addresses, legal cadastral data, and aerial imagery.
Designed for use within a Geospatial Information System (GIS) Landbase is comprised of geographically correct data on:
- topological road network features, which includes centrelines, road structures and surfaces
- street addresses including legal and alias addresses, post codes
- physical property boundaries, parks and reserves and waterways
- hydrography including lakes, rivers
- railways
- Territorial Local Authority and suburb boundaries
- Census mesh blocks, map sheet extents and area units
- place names and town extents
- orthorectified aerial photography
- cadastral data such as legal property descriptions and ownership
Terralink International eMap
eMap is our online subscription based product that delivers layers of land and property information against a backdrop of orthophotographs (high quality measurable aerial photos) and detailed topographic maps. The data layers within eMap are seamless, providing a unique view of property and land features within the surrounding areas at varying scales.
